Delivery
How it works
Every order is made-to-order in our small atelier. We produce in 1 business day and hand the package to UPS Express the next business day. From there, UPS takes it door-to-door, worldwide.
- Production: 1 business day
- Shipping: handed to UPS Express the next business day
-
UPS Express transit:
- Europe: 1–3 business days
- U.S. and Canada: 1–3 business days
- Rest of the world: 2–5 business days
Every order ships with a tracking number. The default courier is UPS Express; for some routes, FedEx Express. We'll do our best to dodge customs delays.
Last-minute bride? We've got time.
Yes, that wedding next Saturday will get its handkerchief. Most U.S. orders placed Monday morning arrive Thursday or Friday. Rush jobs welcome — send us a note at checkout.
Damaged package
If the package shows up looking like it had a fight with the airport carousel, take a photo and email us. We'll either refund or send a replacement — your call, no arguments.
Nobody home when the courier rings?
The courier leaves a card with re-delivery instructions. If your phone is on the consignment note, they'll call to arrange a new time.
Lost packages
Rare, but it happens. If your tracking has been silent for more than a few days, contact the carrier first and then us. We'll work with the shipper to find the package. Carriers usually need up to 21 days to file a "lost in transit" claim. After 10 days with no movement and your signed statement that you didn't receive it, we'll issue a reorder code with free reship.
Customs and duties
We pay duties at our end for most destinations. A handful of countries still bill the buyer at delivery — if that happens, contact us and we'll work it out.
