How fast do you ship?

We make every order in 1 business day and hand it to UPS Express the next business day. From there: 1–3 days to Europe and the U.S./Canada, 2–5 days to the rest of the world. Door-to-door, worldwide.

Last-minute bride? We've got time. Wedding next Saturday, baby shower this weekend, bachelorette in 10 days — all doable.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes — group orders are most of what we do. Bachelorette trips, bridesmaid sets, wedding favors, hotel welcome packs, beach club gifts. Discounts available for larger orders. Tell us how many and we'll quote you back.

Custom logos / monograms / weird requests?

Bring them. We embroider names, initials, dates, monograms, full logos, and any line of text you want stitched on. We also print full-color designs (DTF). If you have your wedding date in some script you found on Pinterest — send it, we'll match the font.

For company orders (hospitals, restaurants, yoga centers, hotel spas), send the logo and we'll quote bulk.

How do I care for my Chimariva towel / poncho / robe?

Wash on a cold cycle, up to 40°C
Never bleach. Never fabric softener (it kills the absorbency).
Air dry in sunlight, or tumble dry low
Gets softer every wash — this is a feature, not a bug

Gift wrapping?

Yes — just ask at checkout. We can include a handwritten gift note too.

Payment

All major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Pay. Payment data goes straight to Shopify — we never see your card number.
