Return Policy

Chimariva products are made-to-order and personalized — your name, your initials, your date stitched on by hand. That means we can't restock them. So our return policy is a little different from the usual.

What can be returned

  • Blank items (no personalization) — returnable within 30 days, unused, in original packaging
  • Personalized items — we only accept returns if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or wrong (we sent the wrong color/size/name)

Defective or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake — take a photo of the item and your order receipt, email us within 24–48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement free of charge, or refund. Your call.

Photos help. Even a quick phone shot is enough.

How to return

  1. Email us first at chimariva@gmail.com — don't ship without contacting us
  2. For U.S., Canada, and EU returns: we send a prepaid label
  3. For other countries: buyer covers return shipping (we'll suggest a discounted carrier if we can)
  4. Pack with the original packaging, tags, and order number included

Lost packages

If your tracking went silent and the courier confirms the package is lost: contact us with their statement. We'll work with the shipper for up to 21 days while they investigate. After that, we issue a reorder code with free reship.

Customs and duties

We pay duties at our end for most destinations. A handful of countries still charge buyers at delivery — if that happens, contact us and we'll work it out.
